The MS5192/3 is a low-power, low-noise, three-channel differential input 16bit/24bit ANALOG-to-digital converter with an integrated low-noise input buffer and a low-noise instrument amplifier for high-precision measurement applications. Root mean square (RMS) noise can be as low as 25nV at gain of 64 and conversion rate of 4.17Hz. The full range integral nonlinearity of this series of chips can reach ±15ppm and the misalignment error is ±1uV.
