Dual H-bridge driver integrated circuit
Overview

MS8847 is a dual H-bridge driver circuit. Provides suitable for home appliances and other mechatronics applications. The device can be used to drive a stepper motor or other load. Each output driver channel contains N channels of power in an H-bridge configuration

MOSFET. This design connects the ground end of each driver to the pin for current sensing. A universal comparator is built in, which can be used as a current limiting circuit or other functional circuit.

The MS8847 provides up to 2.5A peak current or 1.75A maximum continuous output current per channel.

The chip provides over current protection, short circuit protection, under voltage protection and over temperature protection.
