The MS35612N/MS35612 is a quad channel DMOS full-bridge driver that can drive two steppers or four DC motors. The drive current of each full-bridge can reach 1.2A under 24V power supply. The MS35612N/MS35612 integrates a PWM current corrector with a fixed turn-off time. PWM current correctors use a hybrid Decay mode to reduce audio motor noise, improve stepping accuracy, and reduce power consumption. The chip also has an internal synchronous rectifier control circuit to reduce the power consumption of PWM operation. The integrated protection circuit of the chip includes undervoltage protection (UVLO), overcurrent protection, inverting current protection and overtemperature protection, so no specific power supply start order is required.
