The MS35639PE is a quad channel, programmable current DMOS full-bridge driver that can drive two steppers or four DC motors. The drive current of each full-bridge can reach 1.2A at 36V power supply. The MS35639PE integrates a PWM current corrector with a fixed turn-off time. In addition, the chip also integrates a four channel 8bit DAC (digital to analog converter) to realize the digital control of the channel current of the driver. Through the digital I2C interface, the input of DAC can be programmed to achieve 256 Microsteps motor drive. PWM current correctors use a hybrid Decay mode to reduce audio motor noise, improve stepping accuracy, and reduce power consumption. The chip also has an internal synchronous rectifier control circuit to reduce the power consumption when the PWM works. The integrated protection circuits of the chip include undervoltage protection (UVLO), overturning current protection, short circuit protection, and over temperature protection.
