quad channel DMOS full-bridge drive
Overview

The MS35632N/MS35632P is a quad channel DMOS full-bridge driver that can drive two steppers or four DC motors. The drive current of each full-bridge can reach 1.2A at 24V power supply. The MS35632N/MS35632P integrates a PWM current corrector with fixed turn-off time, and a 2bit nonlinear DAC (digital to analog converter), which can operate in full step, half step, quarter step, forward, reverse and standby mode. PWM current correctors use a hybrid Decay mode to reduce audio motor noise, improve stepping accuracy, and reduce power consumption. The chip also has an internal synchronous rectifier control circuit to reduce the power consumption when the PWM works. The integrated protection circuit of the chip has undervoltage protection (UVLO), inverting current protection and over temperature protection, so it can not need a specific power start sequence.
