The MS5194T/MS5195T is a 24-bit / 16-bit analog to digital converter with low power consumption, low noise and six-channel differential input, which is suitable for high-precision measurement applications. It integrates a low noise input buffer, a low noise instrumentation amplifier, a precision low noise, low drift internal bandgap reference, and an external differential voltage reference is also available. The programmable excitation current source, burnout current source and bias voltage generator are also integrated in the chip. The bias voltage generator can set the common-mode voltage of the channel to 0.5×AVDD. This chip uses an external clock or an internal clock, and the output data rate can be set by the software data update rate from 4.17Hz to 470Hz. The power supply voltage ranges from 2.7V to 5.25V. The MS5194T/MS5195T has a TSSOP24 package.
