MS5350 is a high precision time measurement circuit, it has the characteristics of high precision, high stability, high efficiency; Its measurement accuracy is up to 15ps, and the measurement range is from 500ns to 16ms at 4MHz. In the first wave mode, the offset programmable range of the internal comparator is ± 127mV, and an additional ±64mV comparison bias voltage is added. The maximum 8 echo pulses are measured, and the value of 8 echo pulses and the sum of 8 echo pulses have independent result registers after the measurement. This measurement mode not only improves the accuracy, but also greatly reduces the measurement power consumption.
