The MS5134 is a dual-channel, 14-bit, 125MSPS analog-to-digital converter with an on-chip sample-and-hold circuit. The MS5134 supports conversion rates up to 125MSPS and provides excellent dynamic performance.
The MS5134 operates from a single 1.8V supply and accepts sampling clock signals compatible with LVPECL/CMOS/LVDS. In most applications, no external reference or driver components are required. To achieve the appropriate LVDS serial data rate, the MS5134 automatically multiplies the sampling rate clock. The MS5134 provides a data clock output (DCO) for capturing data at the output and a frame clock output (FCO) to signal a new output byte. The maximum operating frequency of DCO is 500MHz.
The MS5134 is available in a QFN32 package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
