SAR ADC

MS51589

  • New design recommended
16bit, 4/8 channel, 250kSPS, SAR ADC
Overview

The MS51582N/MS51589N is a 4/8 channel, 16bit, charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter, using a single power supply. The MS51582N/MS51589N integrates 16 bits without loss of code internally

SAR ADC, low crosstalk multiplexer, temperature sensor, optional monopole filter, and sequencer (useful when multiple channels are sampled sequentially).

MS51582N/MS51589N uses SPI interface to configure registers and read converted data. The SPI interface uses a separate power supply (VIO).

The MS51582N/MS51589N comes in a small QFN20 package and operates from -40°C to +125°C.
