Overview

MS5172M/MS5172D is a single-channel, 16bit, charge redistribution successive approximation analog-to-digital converter, using a single power supply.

The MS5172M/MS5172D includes a low power, high speed data sampling without code loss, true 16-bit SAR ADC and an internal conversion clock.

The MS5172M/MS5172D uses a universal serial interface to receive the conversion results. It also contains a low noise, wide bandwidth, short aperture delay tracking and hold circuit. The SPI interface can also connect multiple ADCs to a 3-wire bus in the form of Daisy chain.

The MS5172M/MS5172D uses the small MSOP10, DFN10 package and operates from -40°C to +125°C.
