Overview
MS5228/MS5248/MS5268 is a 12/14/16bit eight-channel output voltage DAC, integrated internal power on reset circuit, optional internal reference, interface using four-wire serial port mode, the maximum operating frequency can reach 40MHz, and the output voltage DAC can be divided into two parts. It is compatible with SPI, QSPI, DSP interface and Microwire serial port. The output is connected to a class AB output amplifier. The MS5228/5248/5268 has a power-down mode to optimize power consumption during operation.
MS5228 has TSSOP14, TSSOP16, QFN16, WLCSP16 package, MS5248 has TSSOP14, TSSOP16 package, MS5268 has TSSOP16, QFN16, WLCSP16 package.
