MS1052NA is a high performance time to digital converter with built-in 4 measurement channels. With LVDS input and LVDS serial output in each channel, the highest measurement performance and the highest amount of data transfer can be achieved, and also CMOS input and SPI read can be used to reduce power consumption.
The MS1052NA has a flexible configuration and unlimited measurement range, which is suitable for many application scenarios. The MS1052NA does not use any PLL technology and computes all STOP signal measurements internally, comparing them to a configured reference clock. Each STOP channel can achieve the highest measurement accuracy of 10ps, the minimum pulse interval of 5ns, and the maximum data transfer rate of 70MSPS.
