MS1030 is a high precision measurement circuit for ultrasonic flow. It has the characteristics of high precision, high stability and high efficiency. Its measuring accuracy is 15ps and the measuring range is 500ns 4ms@4MHz. In the first wave mode, the internal comparator has an offset programmable range of ±127mV and an additional comparator bias voltage of -128124mV is added; The echo is measured for up to 8 echo pulses. The package pin of the circuit is fully compatible with the MS1022, which is very convenient for customers to replace.
