Overview

MS1006N is a high precision time measurement (TDC) circuit. Compared with MS1002, it has higher accuracy and smaller package, and compared with MS1005, it can achieve higher measurement frequency.

MS1006N has dual-channel, multi-pulse sampling capability, high-speed SPI communication, a variety of measurement modes, suitable for laser radar and laser ranging.

  • • In non-calibration mode, for single precision measurements between times
  • Within 3μs interval, REG[2] = 1 can be set, only
  • Read the low 16 bit result to speed up the reading time
