The MS1205N is a high-precision time-to-digital converter (TDC) with four channels, multi-pulse sampling ability, high-speed SPI communication and various measurement modes, which is suitable for laser radar and laser ranging.

  • ⚫ Double-precision Calibration Measurement Range: 2.5ns(0ns) to 4μs
  • ⚫ Minimum Pulse Interval: 16ns, Up to 40 Pulses can be Received in Four Channels
  • ⚫ In Non-calibration Mode, Single-precision Measurement Interval within 3μs, Setting REG[2] = 1, Only Read Low 16 Bits to Accelerate Read Process
  • ⚫ 4-wire SPI Communication Interface
