Overview

MS30517S is a single-channel, high-speed and low-side gate driver chip, which can drive MOSFET and IGBT switch effectively. The chip is designed to reduce shoot-through current to a great extent. The MS30517S can provide high peak source and sink current pulses, offering rail-torail driving capability and low propagation delay (13ns TYP.). The MS30516D/MS30517S can withstand -5V input.
