MSG754-1

The MSG754 is a CMOS quad SPST switch, which is featured with low power consumption, low on-resistance, low leakage current and high bandwidth. Its operating voltage ranges from 1.8V to 5.5V and supports 1.8V logic control.

The MSG754 series supports multiple logic control. When the logic input is high, all the MSG754-1 series channels are ON. The MSG7542 series logic control employs complementary logic control to the MSG754-1 series. The MSG754-3 series features dual-channel logic control identical to the MSG754-1 series, with the remaining two channels matching the MSG754-2 series configuration. MSG754-1T/MSG754-2T/MSG754-3T is available in TSSOP14 package, and MSG754-1/MSG754-2/MSG754-3 is available in SOP14 package.
