High Speed AMP

MS8258

  • New design recommended
High gain bandwidth Product FET Input amplifier
Overview

The MS8258D is a low noise operational amplifier with CMOS input for broadband transimpedance and voltage amplifier applications. When configured as a transimpedance amplifier (TIA), the 7GHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP) provides support for applications that achieve wide closed-loop bandwidth at high transimpedance gain.

The MS8258D features a feedback pin (FB) to simplify the feedback network connection between the input and output.

The MS8258D is optimized for use in optical Time-of-flight (ToF) systems, where the MS8258D is paired with a Time-to-digital conversion chip (TDC).

The MS8258D can be paired with a high-speed analog-to-digital converter (ADC) for high-resolution lidar systems.

The MS8258D comes in a DFN8 package and operates from -40°C to +125°C.
