The MS8093 is a single-channel, low-cost rail-to-rail output voltage feedback amplifier that has the advantages of typical current-feedback amplifier bandwidth and conversion rate, while also having a large common-mode voltage input range and output swing, which makes it easy to operate at low voltage with a single supply of 2.5V. It provides a bandwidth of up to 350MHz (G=+1) with a 0.1dB flatness of 125MHz (G=+1) and requires only 4.3mA power consumption per amplifier.
The low distortion and fast setup time characteristics of the MS8093 make it ideal for high-speed A/D or D/A caches. The power off feature of the MS8093 can reduce the power consumption current to 75μA. These features make the MS8093 ideal for portable devices and battery-powered applications, with a rated operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The MS8093 is available in a SOP8 package.
