The MS805x series is a rail-to-rail output voltage feedback operational amplifier, which is easy to use and low cost. Compared with typical current feedback amplifiers, it has greater advantages in bandwidth and conversion rate. It also has a wide input common-mode voltage range and a large output voltage swing, which makes the chips can be used in a single power supply as low as 2.5V. Despite its low cost, the MS805x family of chips has excellent overall performance, with a large bandwidth of 250MHz(G=+1) and a 0.1dB bandwidth of 37MHz(G=+2), and a low power consumption of only 4.3mA per amplifier.
The low distortion and fast setup features of the MS805x series make it an ideal choice for A/D and D/A buffers. All features operate in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
