Overview
The MS8911S/MS8921S/MS8922M/MS8931S is a high-speed comparator with internal hysteresis, whose operating voltage ranges from 3.0V to 5.5V and input/output range can be rail-to-rail. And its output is the push-pull structure, compatible with CMOS/TTL logic level. It is featured with 4ns propagation delay and low offset voltage. The quiescent current of a single comparator is 3.2mA.
