Ruimeng Technology has launched the MSCP2903 high-voltage dual comparator, which operates reliably within a wide supply voltage range of 2V to 36V. The device integrates two independent comparators and features low input offset voltage, low input bias current, and low quiescent current, achieving an optimal balance between signal accuracy and system power consumption.

The MSCP2903 responds quickly, with a propagation delay of just 0.9μs, meeting the requirements for medium to high-speed signal processing. Additionally, the device supports external pull-up resistors, allowing flexible compatibility with various logic levels such as TTL, MOS, and CMOS, making it easy to integrate into different digital systems.
